One click in any email removes you for good.
When you request the free Piano Orientation Handbook, we collect the name and email address you submit through our signup form. We do not ask for your address, phone number, payment info, or your child's information.
Lead information is stored in a managed database with row-level security enabled. The signup form can only insert new entries — it cannot read, edit, or delete existing records. Only our backend service can access stored leads, and access is limited to delivering the handbook and the emails you opted into.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at hello@createandmotivate.com to request that we delete your information, and we will remove it from our records.
This site uses only the cookies required to keep the page working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will note it here.
Piano Adventure is designed for families with children and teens ages 8–17, but the signup form is intended for a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child submitted their information, contact us and we will remove it.
If our practices change, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced by email to current subscribers.
